Prior to close your acount you have to:

Check that your balance is positive

Check that there have been no operation on your account for 2 weeks

If you had a bank card and/or a check-book with the LCL account, you have to destroy it physically

You may also have to provide a proof of your identity:
- if you go to the bank office, come with your ID card/passport
- if you send the letter, send it with a copy of your ID card (two side)/passport
